Our Guarantee to You

At 123 Security Products, we stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.

Return Options: 

You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund, less shipping and handling.  Advanced replacements are available upon request and are subject to a credit card authorization prior to shipment. When accompanied by the Original Sales Receipt or Packing Slip, the item’s purchase price will be refunded in the Original Form of Tender. If the item was sent back for an exchange, please allow 3-5 business days for the replacement to be processed.


Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, 123 Security reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee.

  • All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
  • 123 Security is not responsible for personal data, or items left in returned merchandise.
  • 123 Security is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or misuse of any merchandise purchased from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.

No Return/Exchange On:

  • Displays and monitors 37" and larger once opened
  • Consumables and items which have been removed from their blister pack
  • Special order merchandise
  • Original manufacturer's computers, hardware, and software once opened
  • Any computer built or modified by 123 Security to customer's specifications
  • Covert/spy, wireless cameras and equipment once opened
  • Cable and wire once opened, cut, or stripped
  • Cable connectors once terminated
  • PAL equipment

Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.
